Is there anything else I should do while using Hydrolyze®?

Yes, while using Hydrolyze®, we do recommend that you maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for optimum results. Specifically, we suggest a balanced diet coupled with regular cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Furthermore, we suggest that you eliminate use of all tobacco products, as this can accelerate the deterioration of skin quality and increase the likelihood of wrinkles and undesirable contours in the skin of the face and body.

Are there any side effects with Hydrolyze®?

Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® has not shown to have any side effects, short or long-term. Of course, as with any skin care product, you should consult your physician prior to use or if you develop any adverse reaction.

How do I use Hydrolyze®?

Simply follow the instructions and directions that are provided on each product label.

How long will it take to see results?

Many customers will see and feel improved moisture and tone within two weeks. A study of the key ingredient in Hydrolyze demonstrated that improvements continued through eight weeks of results. For optimal results, it is recommended that you use Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® for a minimum of three months.

How long do the results last?

Hydrolyze will continue to restore and revive your skin as long as you use the product. If use of the formula is ended, the results may last for weeks even.

How long will a supply of Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® last?

Each jar of Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® as well as other products within the Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® product line are developed to last for 30 days of daily treatments for the AVERAGE USER. Individuals who use Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® more often than twice per day, and/or use the product broadly on many parts of the face and body may require additional supplies of product within a 30 day period. For this reason, products can be ordered individually by calling our sales department at 1-866-922-9787 or by ordering online.

I am a heavy smoker and drinker, will Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® work for me?

Yes, Hydrolyze Under Eye Treatment® can benefit you, though tobacco use and excessive alcohol intake may inhibit results. We recommend reducing your use of tobacco and alcohol products, or eliminating them altogether.

How long before my order arrives?

Standard Delivery will arrive within 10-14 business days. Rush Delivery will arrive within 7-10 business days.

What do you charge for shipping and processing?

For most of our products, shipping and processing fee is $6.95 per shipment for Standard Delivery. For most of our products, shipping and processing fee is $12.95 per shipment for Rush Delivery. Additional shipping and processing rates may apply to larger sets of products.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US and Canada only.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you order is shipped to New Jersey we are required to charge sales tax. If your order is being shipped to any other state, you will not be charged sales tax.

Why is a credit card needed for "Risk Free Trial"?

We do offer our members the option of a risk free trial of many of our products which offers the option of paying a small shipping & processing fee when you place your order, trying the product for 30 days and then paying the regular price via credit card beginning 30 days after the trial period rather than paying the full price up front on the day you place your order. The total purchase price is split to two payments 30 days apart to coincide with each one month's supply you receive. This offer option is very popular. How long will it take to process a return?

From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank needsto post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to your account can slightly vary depending on how quickly your bank recognizes and posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "HYDROLYZE."
